About Sri Limerick Ganapathi – Vedic & Spiritual Significance

Lord Ganapathi, also called Vighnaharta, is known as the remover of obstacles, the god of wisdom, and the bringer of good fortune.

The Vedas and Puranas describe Ganapathi as the symbol of Om (AUM), the first and most powerful sound in the universe.

He is shown with an elephant head, which represents intelligence, wisdom, and strength. His broken tusk is a reminder of sacrifice and determination, as he used it to write the Mahabharata.

The Ganapathi Atharvashirsha Upanishad praises him with these words:
“Tvameva Pratyaksham Tattvamasi” – O Ganapathi, You alone are the Supreme Truth.

Praying to Lord Ganesha brings success, happiness, and protection in life’s journey. 🙏✨
